About RMH Mental Health Services (RMH MHS)
Based in Moonee Ponds, RMH MHS provides community-based, recovery-focused care. We are a supportive service with a strong team culture, committed to developing our workforce. This role offers the opportunity to extend your leadership skills and contribute to the growth of Older Adult community mental health services.
Your New Role
As Team Leader, you will:
- Work with the Program Manager and Consultant Psychiatrist to deliver evidence-based care for consumers with complex needs.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision and support across the team and service.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement and evaluation.
- Lead assessments, treatment planning and recovery-focused care with consumers, families and carers.
- Deliver and coordinate intensive community-based interventions, including risk assessment, crisis response and medication support.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
About You
You are a mental health clinician who:
- Has experience delivering evidence-based interventions in a community or inpatient setting.
- Brings leadership experience and a collaborative approach to service delivery.
- Has experience or a strong interest in working with older adults with mental illness.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is committed to ongoing professional development.
- Can work flexibly within a rotating roster.
