About the role
This brand new Talent Partner role sits within the People, Culture & Communications team and plays a key role in building RMH’s newly established Talent function.
Working closely with the Manager Talent, you will partner with hiring managers across the organisation to attract high-quality candidates, support recruitment best practice and help build strong foundations for a modern, experience-focused Talent service.
You will contribute to employer branding, proactive talent sourcing and recruitment process improvements while delivering a consistent and values-aligned hiring experience.
Key responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment support and advice
- Support attraction strategies including targeted sourcing, advertising and talent pooling
- Coach leaders on inclusive, structured and best-practice recruitment processes
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment events and talent marketing
- Help build new tools, processes and ways of working within the evolving Talent function
About you
Essential
- Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience in healthcare, government or complex organisations
- Experience using recruitment systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
