We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Grade 1 Social Worker to join our experienced and collaborative team, with opportunities for growth, supervision, and development across varied clinical settings. Your New Role:
- Your rotation preferences are matched to maximise clinical exposure and professional development in twice yearly rotations
- Make a difference to the lives of the patients you meet through psychosocial assessments and provision of Social Work clinical interventions.
- You will help us achieve excellence in patient care across the continuum of acute to community care.
- In return, you will be supported by your Social Work and Multidisciplinary team colleagues, Social Work Team Leaders, Clinical Lead and Managers.
About You:
- You are looking to expand your Social Work skills and work with a dynamic professional team.
- You have qualifications which are acceptable for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and in co-operation with others.
- You have clinical skills and experience in comprehensive assessment, counselling and discharge planning.
- You demonstrate understanding of Social Work theories and their application to clinical practice
