About the role:
The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) is leading a precinct-wide project on behalf of the RMH, The Royal Children’s Hospital, The Royal Women’s Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Together, we are implementing an electronic referral (eReferral) system that will digitise and streamline referrals into Specialist Outpatient Clinics across the four hospitals.
We’re on the lookout for an experienced eReferral Analyst with a strong understanding of health systems to help shape the future of referrals across the Parkville Precinct. Reporting to the RMH Project Manager – eReferral, you will:
- Drive delivery of the project by mapping current and future workflows, preparing key documentation, and ensuring smooth implementation
- Engage and influence stakeholders, building strong connections to achieve successful outcomes
- Collaborate across Parkville Health Services and EMR teams to scope, plan and deliver a cutting-edge electronic referral solution
About you:
- Strong analyst experience in a healthcare setting
- An understanding of health systems (EMR), Outpatient Specialist clinics and digital health
- Epic certification (desirable)
- Enjoy teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent written skills and a great communicator
- Keen to progress your career
