Your new role:
- As the Virtual Ward Coordinator(ANUM), you will be a key leader within a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
- Provide leadership, support and escalation support for our virtual nursing team
- Conducting assessment and intake for referred patients
- Collaborating closely with the Manager, Medical Team, Nursing Team, and Clinical Development Nurse
- Play a key role in the development and implementation of an innovative, outcome-focused models of care for our patients and carers
- Play a key role in shaping the future of virtual healthcare at The RMH
About you:
- You have at least 4 years acute hospital experience
- Bring experience, confidence and a passion for shaping new approaches in healthcare
- A collaborative, team-focused working style
- Exceptional communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with strong time-management capability
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
