Administrative Assistant - Virtual Ward

- New position in a brand-new ward – Co-located with the RMH@Home Acute team
- 6-month fixed term funded pilot of the new virtual ward – HS2
- Provide administrative support to the Virtual Ward team (adhoc support to RMH@Home Acute team)
- Be an integral member in the development and implementation of this exciting initiate

Your new role:
- Support our multidisciplinary team in the new virtual ward
- Support staff and patients with device education
- Manage equipment and stock
- Play a key role in shaping the future of virtual healthcare at the RMH
About you:
- Proven administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Well-developed computer skills and Microsoft office packages specific training available.
- Experience working with a diverse range of work groups
- Work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Skills in organising resources and establishing priorities
- High motivation and willingness to learn
- Advanced skills in problem solving and prioritisation skills
- High level of reliability and professional conduct
- Comfortable driving fleet cars in and around Melbourne
