Administrative Assistant - Virtual Ward

• New position in a brand-new ward – Co-located with the RMH@Home Acute team
• 6-month fixed term funded pilot of the new virtual ward – HS2
• Provide administrative support to the Virtual Ward team (adhoc support to RMH@Home Acute team)
• Be an integral member in the development and implementation of this exciting initiate

Your new role:

• Support our multidisciplinary team in the new virtual ward
• Support staff and patients with device education
• Manage equipment and stock
• Play a key role in shaping the future of virtual healthcare at the RMH

About you: 

• Proven administration experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• Well-developed computer skills and Microsoft office packages specific training available.
• Experience working with a diverse range of work groups
• Work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Skills in organising resources and establishing priorities
• High motivation and willingness to learn
• Advanced skills in problem solving and prioritisation skills
• High level of reliability and professional conduct
• Comfortable driving fleet cars in and around Melbourne
