Team Leader, Patient Liaison

We're seeking a dedicated and results-driven Team Leader to join our dynamic Patient Liaison team. In this customer focused role, you will provide support to the Patient Liaison Manager whilst empowering the team of Patient Liaison officers to deliver exceptional service to patients, families, carers and staff about the benefits of private and compenable admissions.
Your new role
The Team Leader will provide operationl leadership and direct supervision of the Patient Liaison team, with a focus on the effective day to day capture and optimisation of revenue.
Your day to day will include:
- Providing day to day supervision of the Patient Liaison team including immediate operational guidance, trouble shooting, allocation of daily tasks and adherence to all procedures.
- Liaising and building strong partnerships with Senior Medical Staff exercising Rights of Private Practice and provide education and operational support in relation to their billing arrangements.
- Participating in continuous improvement projects and playing a role in the development of automations, streamlined processes and workflows that create efficiencies within Revenue Services.
- Undertaking reconciliations of private and compensable activity and trend analysis of non-converted activity and identify areas for improvement and focus.
- Maintaining and monitoring worklists, certificates and other workflows that impact claims ensuring they can be submitted accurately and promptly for the timely receipt of associated revenue.
