Sustainability Manager
- Lead organisation-wide sustainability and climate performance across a major tertiary health service
- Drive energy performance, emissions reduction and resource efficiency outcomes
- High-impact role influencing strategy, operations and long-term sustainability outcomes
Working across clinical, operational and corporate teams, you will bring energy, initiative and independent drive to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver measurable improvements.
About the role:
- Lead delivery of RMH’s Sustainability Strategy and Climate Action Plan across a major tertiary health service
- Drive energy performance, emissions reduction and resource efficiency outcomes at scale
- Provide expert advice and influence decision-making across clinical, operational and corporate teams
- Transform complex sustainability data into clear insights to improve performance and reduce costs
- Lead organisation-wide sustainability reporting, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in sustainability, environmental management, engineering or related field
Essential
- Experience leading sustainability or energy programs in large or complex organisations
- Strong capability in emissions, energy and environmental data analysis
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes
Desirable
- Experience working within healthcare or other complex infrastructure environments
- Demonstrated experience delivering decarbonisation or energy optimisation programs
