Specialist Radiologist with emphasis on Digital Radiology Reporting
Fractional / Ongoing - 56 hours per fortnight, commencing 01 October 2025
The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, sub-acute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community-based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world-renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.
Unit Description:
We perform more than 225,000 diagnostic and therapeutic procedures every year at the RMH Parkville, the RMH Royal Park and the RMH Private Imaging at Melbourne Private Hospital.
About the role:
Reporting and supervision of diagnostic imaging tests in the setting of a busy radiology Department in a tertiary referral centre. Reporting duties are primarily digital radiology (plain xrays) including inpatient, outpatient and Emergency Department images. There is scope for a fractional component of cross-sectional image reporting.

About You:
- Registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (for international Medical Graduates)
- MBBS or equivalent tertiary qualifications
- Fellowship
