Your New Role.

Apply your mental health expertise to support social work service delivery and workflow across the unit

Develop, implement, and evaluate systems to ensure high-quality service delivery

Ensure policies and procedures are effectively implemented and supported across the multidisciplinary team

Work as part of a supportive, skilled, and collaborative team dedicated to providing person-centred mental health care

Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the social work workforce
About You:

A qualified Social Worker with eligibility for membership with the AASW

Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience delivering treatment, care, and support to individuals and their families in the mental health sector

Resilient and adaptable, able to manage uncertainty and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of people experiencing mental ill-health and their families
