Job Description: 

Senior Social Worker - Neuropsychiatry

The Royal Melbourne Hospital – RMH City / Elizabeth Street

  • Ongoing senior role within a Statewide Service
  • Work within a motivated multidiscipline team
  • Part Time role with flexible and supportive working arrangements

Neuropsychiatry is a team dedicated to excellent patient care, research and innovation, it is recognised as a premier specialist service both nationally and internationally, providing outstanding clinical care and treatment, and working to improve the outcomes for all through a comprehensive research program, and the training of our future workforce.

Your new role:

  • An opportunity to work alongside a passionate and dedicated team
  • Provide a high level of clinical expertise in supporting patients and their carers 
  • Work closely with the inpatient team

About you:

  • You have experience in the mental health/hospital or aged care setting
  • NDIS experience essential
  • Counselling experience essential
  • Capacity to work autonomously and well within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to problem solve in a changing environment
