About The Royal Melbourne Hospital Mental Health Services (RMH MHS):
Based in Moonee Ponds, RMH MHS offers community-based, recovery-focused care. We are a supportive service with a strong team culture, committed to workforce development. This role provides an opportunity to expand your leadership skills and contribute to the growth of Older Adult community mental health services.
Your New Role:
As a Senior Social Worker, you will:

Apply clinical knowledge and expertise to assess and deliver evidence-based treatments and interventions to older adults with complex mental health needs, as well as support their families and carers.

Manage a mixed caseload, including consumers requiring standard and more intensive support, in both acute and non-acute settings.
About You:
You are a mental health clinician who:
-
Has experience delivering evidence-based interventions in community or inpatient settings
-
Brings leadership experience and a collaborative approach to service delivery
-
Has experience or a strong interest in working with older adults with mental illness
-
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Is committed to ongoing professional development

Can work flexibly within a rotating roster
