Senior Hospital Pharmacist - Outpatient Dispensary Services

  • Are you an experienced hospital pharmacist with a passion for leading teams?
  • Do you want to practice in expanded roles?
  • Are you interested in the potential of pharmacy services outside of the dispensary?

 

We are looking for a suitable individual to lead our Outpatient Dispensary Services team.

 

  • Central CBD location, salary packaging, great team!
  • Grade 3 role
  • Full-time, ongoing position

About the role:

  • Lead the direction, planning and delivery of high-quality pharmacy outpatient dispensary services to RMH patients
  • Consolidate your knowledge and target specialist areas
  • Participate in research and education
  • Enhance your portfolio
  • Advance your career with an operational residency via our tailored clinical program

 About You:

  • Minimum 5 years hospital experience;
  • An effective communicator with good team-building and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Dynamic and versatile within a multidisciplinary environment;
  • A sound IT knowledge;
  • Ability to problem solve;
  • Well-developed staff supervision and interpersonal skills

Desirable but not essential

  • Relevant postgraduate qualification
