We are seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner – Employee Relations to provide expert, best-practice industrial and employee relations advice and hands-on support across the organisation.
This pivotal role supports the support to the Senior Lead, Workplace Relations, Workplace Relations Specialist, P&C Business Partnering team and wider leadership group You will play a key role in EBA implementation, organisational change, and building leader capability across RMH.
About the role
In this role, you will:
- Lead implementation of Enterprise Agreements including planning, stakeholder engagement and payroll compliance validation
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, industrial instruments, conduct, performance and employment matters
- Lead workplace investigations into serious misconduct ensuring procedural fairness and robust recommendations
- Design and deliver learning programs to build capability in industrial relations, investigations and performance management
- Prepare high-quality reports, risk documentation and representation for Fair Work Commission and other tribunals
- Partner with stakeholders to support change management, policy development, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
What will you bring?
To be successful, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, HR, Employment Law or related discipline
- Extensive experience in employee and industrial relations within medium to large organisations
- Proven success representing matters before Fair Work Commission and other tribunals, including enterprise bargaining
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including union relations, with excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving capability
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex problems and work flexibly
- Demonstrated experience engaging with unions and supporting enterprise bargaining and agreement implementation
