This critical role involves safeguarding our staff, patients, visitors, and hospital assets across all Melbourne Health service locations and campuses.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible presence in assigned areas to deter and address security issues.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems.
  • Assist with crowd management during busy times and offer excellent customer service.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A valid security license for Victoria and First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude towards ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
