Scheduling Officer Specialist Clinics 
The Royal Melbourne Hospital

  • Full Time Ongoing position - 80 hours including monthly ADO

The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) part of the Parkville Precinct and is one of Australia's leading public hospitals. As a team of more than 10,000 strong, we provide a comprehensive range of specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services; as well as rehabilitation, aged care, outpatient and community programs. We are a designated state-wide provider for services including trauma, and we lead centres of excellence for tertiary services in several key specialties including neurosciences, nephrology, oncology, cardiology and virtual health.

About the Role:

  • Liaise with multidisciplinary team members
  • Manage clinic template and schedule builds to support patient care
  • Support accurate reporting to the Department of Health

 

About you:

  • You will be a kind person who finds purpose in ensuring access to care for patients.
  • You are professionally presented and will communicate at a high standard when liaising with a cross section of stakeholders within the healthcare community.
  • You will have had a minimum of 3 years administration experience.
  • Your referees will confirm data entry skills of excellent accuracy.
  • You will have had previous experience in a healthcare setting.
  • You are able to excel in fast-paced environments and prioritise competing demands
