  • Join Day Procedure Unit Specialising in High-Acuity Surgical Care
  • Part Time Opportunities | Fixed Term 12 months parental leave cover
  • 10-Hour Shifts | After-Hours On-Call Required Post-Endoscopy Training

Are you a motivated nurse looking to expand your scope and grow in a high-performing, patient-focused environment? Ward 3 West – Day Procedure Unit offers you the opportunity to deliver care across a diverse range of surgical and procedural specialties, including Diagnostic and Emergency Endoscopy, Anaesthetics, Recovery, and a range of complex surgeries such as Urology, Hepatobiliary, Plastics, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, and Oral Maxillofacial.

 Your New Role

  • Deliver safe, effective, person-centred care in a dynamic Day Procedure and Endoscopy environment
  • Provide nursing care across a range of surgical and procedural specialties in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Work flexible 10-hour shifts with part time and permanent opportunities available
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call roster following endoscopy training
  • Be supported by a dedicated Clinical Educator and ongoing professional development

 About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ acute clinical nursing experience preferred
  • Perioperative or Day Procedure Unit experience desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, plan and prioritise in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Strong communication, teamwork and critical thinking skills
