Clinical Pharmacist
Grade 1 or 2 (depending on experience)

Your new team
- We are a dynamic and supportive pharmacy team working together to deliver safe, high quality patient care and medicines management
- We enjoy a collaborative working environment and you will work as part of the clinical pharmacy team to contribute to high quality and innovative clinical pharmacy services and quality use of medicines.
- In return, you will be supported to develop your clinical pharmacy skills.
Your success in this role, will be in your ability to
- Deliver high quality patient care
- Support advances in clinical practice & patient care activities
- Work with your team to achieve patient focused KPIs
- Provide mentoring for pharmacists, technicians, interns and students
- Promote the quality use of medicines by contributing to quality and safety and research projects
- Collaborate with key staff members across the organisation
- Contribute to on call, after hours, public holiday and weekend services
Your Contribution
- Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA
- Experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Proficient oral & written communication skills
- Relevant post graduate qualification is desirable
- Completed or working towards a residency program or can demonstrate competence in hospital pharmacy rotations.
- An enthusiasm to learn and further develop clinical pharmacy skills. Opportunities available to participate in residency program.
