About the People Systems & Technology Team at RMH

The People Systems & Technology team supports the organisation’s core people systems, and the workforce processes they enable — including recruitment, onboarding, job changes, compliance, pay structures and reporting. The team works closely with People & Culture operational teams, payroll, digital/IT teams and operational leaders to ensure systems remain stable, well-governed, and easy to use.

Your new role

As the People Systems Business Analyst, you’ll support the design, optimisation and delivery of workforce system improvements across RMH-supported people platforms, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll work alongside the People Systems team to translate business needs into clear requirements, coordinate testing and readiness, uplift data quality and reporting, and support roadmap delivery.

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in SuccessFactors and Power BI to support data-informed decisions
  • Implement pay structure updates in SuccessFactors based on guidance from Payroll Systems and Workplace Relations
  • Support release readiness and change delivery (twice-yearly platform releases), including testing coordination and evidence-based sign-off

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst supporting SuccessFactors
  • Strong capability in requirements definition, stakeholder facilitation, testing coordination, and documentation
  • Confidence working with reporting/dashboards (SuccessFactors reporting and Power BI)
  • A structured, collaborative style
