You will be joining the People Information & Analytics Team, a specialist group within the People Services, Talent & Expereince Team,focused on the accuracy, integrity and governance of RMH's people data. We are a collaborative team in an active phase of growth, building new capability and improving the way we use data to support the organisation. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for HRIS systems and data, and you want to be part of a team that's genuinely evolving, this role is for you.
YOUR ROLE, YOUR IMPACT
As the People Information Advisor, you will:
- Process and maintain accurate HR data in SuccessFactors and SAP, supporting onboarding, employment changes, payroll and reporting functions.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including data entry, e-filing, and regular updates in Success Factors and other HR databases.
- Be a reliable point of contact for employees and managers, responding to HR data and system enquiries in a timely, people-centred way.
- Deliver customer-focused, timely support to all stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
- Hands-on experience in an HR or systems administration role, with working knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or SAP.
- Understanding of EBAs and workforce compliance requirements, with the ability to apply these in day-to-day processing.
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining data accuracy in high-volume environments.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine interest in continuous improvement.
