ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an Employee Experience & Engagement Specialist to join RMH and help shape how people experience work through insight-driven employee engagement and experience initiatives.

The Specialist supports the design, delivery and continuous improvement of employee experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle -  from onboarding and induction through to recognition, internal movement and offboarding.

To be successful in this role, you will bring initiative, a proactive and future-focused approach, and the ability to use workforce insights, employee feedback and behavioural understanding to help improve engagement, connection and belonging across RMH.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support employee experience and engagement initiatives
  • Analyse engagement data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support onboarding, recognition, internal movement and offboarding initiatives
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, inclusion and belonging
  • Embed diversity, equity and inclusion principles into employee experience practices

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience delivering employee experience, engagement or workforce insights initiatives
  • Qualification in Organisational Psychology or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience supporting employee listening or engagement initiatives
  • Ability to translate insights into practical actions and improvements
