Your New Role
Are you ready to make a significant impact in healthcare?
As the People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll act as the strategic advisor to your portfolios and partner with the leadership group to drive the organisation’s future. This is a pivotal role within our P&C team and we are looking for someone who can be agile to work with the Senior Leadership team, whilst also working with local level leaders, developing capabilities and addressing industrial concerns.
Snapshot of your responsibilities will look like:
- Deliver responsive operational support that enables leaders to navigate workplace challenges, drive performance and foster positive employee experiences
- Provide expert contemporary advice and support on complex ER/IR issues, consultation and workforce strategy
- Lead and drive significant change initiatives with a people-first approach, while delivering strategic and practical HR advice.
- Work collaboratively with the P&C and Workplace Relations teams and across the service, building strong relationships.

About You

We’re seeking a confident, stakeholder focused, team player to join our P&C team. It’s important that the successful candidate:
- You have proven experience in a similar P&C role, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bonus points – previous experience within the Healthcare sector and/or partnering with industrial and professional bodies as part of your working week
- Contribute to a collaborative team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Confidently navigate strategic priorities and delivering exceptional outcomes across IR/ER, case management, investigations and disputes.
