Your New Role
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will provide trusted, strategic and operational HR advice to leaders and teams across your portfolio. You will work closely with managers to build capability, navigate complex employee relations matters, and embed contemporary people practices that align with RMH’s values and strategic priorities. Provide comprehensive end-to-end generalist P&C services across RMH.
- Deliver end-to-end generalist P&C support across the employee lifecycle
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and organisational change
- Coach and support leaders to build capability and accountability
- Contribute to culture initiatives that strengthen engagement and psychological safety
About You
You are a confident and customer-focused HR professional who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment. You bring sound employee relations expertise and a strong ability to build trusted partnerships with leaders.
You will have:
- A qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner or senior generalist role (healthcare experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary people practices
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
