Key Accountabilities

  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end strategic generalist P&C advice across RMH.
  • Coach, support and uplift leadership capability to support high performance workforce
  • Contribute to the implementation of people initiatives, workforce change and policy development that promote a positive, compliant and high performing workplace culture.
  • Partner with our Leadership & Capability colleagues to lead and deliver meaningful professional development and training packages across the organisation.
