The Royal Melbourne Hospital Mental Health Services (RMH MHS) provides recovery-oriented, evidence-based care for people experiencing serious mental illness across community and hospital settings. Our multidisciplinary teams work in partnership with consumers, carers and families to deliver holistic, person-centred care, with a strong focus on collaboration, learning and service improvement.
About the Role
This senior clinical leadership role is responsible for the operational, clinical and financial leadership of a community mental health program within RMH MHS.
You will ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented care is delivered to consumers and carers, while also supporting bed management coordination with Northern Health as Program Liaison Coordinator.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading safe, high-quality, recovery-oriented service delivery
- Coordinating bed management processes with Northern Health
- Providing supervision and support to team leaders and clinicians
- Contributing to service planning, development and improvement
- Participating in clinical leadership and strategic decision-making
- Participating in clinical leadership and strategic decision-making

You are a confident mental health leader who can:
- Lead across multiple teams in a complex service environment
- Manage competing priorities and operational demands
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong clinical governance and leadership capability
