We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to lead our Dialysis Unit, a leading provider of renal care services. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading an inspiring nursing team, this is an outstanding leadership opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

About the Role

As Nurse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the Dialysis Unit. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses and support staff, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compassionate delivery of dialysis treatment to patients with chronic and acute renal conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership, direction, and supervision to nursing staff
  • Manage rosters, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, evidence-based care in line with renal best practices
  • Collaborate with nephrologists, allied health, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators and patient outcomes
  • Support staff development, performance, and professional growth
  • Uphold infection control, risk management, and quality improvement standards

About You

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Extensive clinical experience and expertise in renal/dialysis nursing, including haemodialysis
  • Minimum 3 years in a nursing management/leadership role (e.g. as NUM, ANUM or Team Leader)
  • Postgraduate qualifications in renal nursing or health management (desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • A passion for delivering patient-centred care and leading high-performing teams
