We are looking for an experience, passionate Leadership & Culture Consultant to join our team and help shape our culture across RMH!

 

About the Role

The Leadership & Culture Consultant will develop and implement strategies and programs that build organisational capability, strengthen culture, and foster a psychologically safe, engaged workforce. This role leads leadership frameworks, learning strategy, and training design, embedding psychological safety and a speaking-up culture through training, coaching, and engagement initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, facilitate and evaluate engaging leadership and culture programs aligned to the Melbourne Way values
  • Consult with leaders to identify current and emerging capability needs across areas such as leadership, change, communication, teamwork and respectful workplace behaviour
  • Coordinate programs and cultural interventions with external facilitators and internal stakeholders
  • Implement sustainable organisational development approaches, including innovative and scalable learning solutions
  • Act as a trusted internal consultant, building strong relationships across clinical and non-clinical teams
  • Support safe work practices, wellbeing initiatives and a culture of continuous learning and feedback

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Health Service Leadership, Human Resources or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering end-to-end organisational development or learning programs in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of contemporary learning and organisational development practice
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence across diverse stakeholder groups
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
