We are looking for an Injury Management Business Partner who brings compassion, expertise and proactive engagement to every interaction to join our supportive, high performing team,
In this pivotal role, you will partner with injured employees, line managers, insurance agents and treating providers to deliver a people-centred return-to-work process. With a strong focus on early intervention, education and best practice injury management, you will lead safe and compliant outcomes that strengthen our safety culture.
About the Role:
- Provide expert guidance in workers compensation, injury management and early recovery at work.
- Partner with managers and stakeholders to develop and monitor effective Return to Work plans.
- Proactively engage injured employees and healthcare providers to remove barriers to recovery.
- Collaborate with WorkSafe agents, payroll and People & Culture colleagues to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Lead with compassion and influence to ensure compliance and strengthen a positive safety culture.
About you:
- You are a confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills and a genuine commitment to helping people recover and return to meaningful work.
- You have experience in injury management, return-to-work or workers compensation environments.
- You can influence leaders and navigate complex cases with empathy and professionalism.
- You have a proactive, solutions-focused approach that balances care with compliance.
- You have a passion for wellbeing, safety and people-first practice.
