Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our Health Intelligence team. Reporting to the Director of Health Intelligence, you will play a key role in delivering a complex digital initiative, acting as the critical link between technical specialists and healthcare stakeholders.
You will lead the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery, adoption and optimisation of digital solutions that enhance clinical and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of a major digital transformation project
- Manage project frameworks and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
- Translate technical concepts and engage stakeholders to define requirements and improvements
- Develop training and support user adoption across clinical and operational teams
- Monitor performance, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement and optimisation
About you
To be successful you will have:
Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification in healthcare, health administration, business analysis or a related field
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management and/or business analysis
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies
- Experience working in healthcare settings (preferably tertiary or complex environments)
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging varied audiences
Desirable
- Understanding of patient access and flow within health services
- Experience using data to inform clinical and business outcomes
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
