Health Assistant in Nursing – Aged Care

Working alongside nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Key Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality person-centred care and support to patients.
  • Work collaboratively with nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support the delivery of safe and effective clinical care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

About You

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A caring, empathetic and professional approach to patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in acute, subacute or aged care settings.
  • Experience supporting older adults with complex care needs.
