Executive Assistant - 12 month fixed term
Chief Corporate Officer and Chief Redevelopment Officer
- 12 month parental leave contract | Commence 11th January 2027

Support the Chief Corporate Officer and Chief Redevelopment Officer in this varied Executive Assistant role, providing high-level administrative and coordination support across the Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Facilities and Redevelopment portfolios.
Working closely with senior leaders and a range of stakeholders, you will manage complex and confidential matters, coordinate Executive and Board Committees and prepare papers and minutes.
This is a role for an experienced EA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and using initiative to support senior leaders and improve how the Executive Office operates.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide high-level executive support
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, competing priorities and forward planning
- Coordinate committees, projects, agendas, papers and minutes
- Prepare presentations, reports and confidential correspondence
- Support communications, stakeholder engagement and key events
- Manage administrative tasks, records and databases with accuracy and discretion
- Build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Executive Assistant team and identify process improvements
About You
You’re an experienced Executive Assistant who is organised, proactive and confident working in a complex environment. You anticipate what’s needed, bring sound judgement to competing priorities and build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders and committees.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Sound judgement, discretion and a high level of professionalism.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and improving processes.
- The ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
