We are seeking a highly motivated Enrolled Nurse to join the Aged Care 4 team.

About the role:

• Provide a high standard of safe, timely, effective and person-centred nursing care to patients through nursing patient assessments, care planning and delivery of care.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing and multi­disciplinary health care team to achieve person-centred care and desired patient outcomes
• Ensures all elements of delegated work are completed to a high standard and in accordance with The Royal Melbourne Hospital policies, procedures, and values

About You:

• Registration under the Australian Health Partitions Regulation National Law Act (2029) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

• Self-driven and dependable: Demonstrates strong self-motivation, initiative, reliability, and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Effectively engages with colleagues, patients, and families.
