Are you passionate about data and its power to improve patient care? Join Victoria’s busiest adult Emergency Department as an Emergency Department Data Analyst, where your work will directly impact emergency care delivery, performance improvement, and world-leading research.
We’re looking for a dynamic analyst who can:
- Design, develop and present clear, insightful reports using EPIC, SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools
- Support frontline staff and leadership with performance, quality, and activity data
- Partner with the Emergency Medical Research Team to optimise data access for research
- Identify opportunities for improvement and help drive innovation in care delivery
You’ll be working alongside a high-performing and research-driven ED team that:
- Sees over 90,000 patients annually
- Is a leader in trauma, emergency stroke care, and clot retrieval
- Supports a diverse population and collaborates with state and interstate services
Whether it’s supporting decision-making, enhancing patient pathways with primary care, or enabling impactful research – your analysis will matter here.
