About the role
The Medical Workforce & Education Unit plays a pivotal role in ensuring RMH has a highly engaged, appropriately credentialed and well-supported medical workforce. We are seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to support the Director in delivering high-quality workforce services while fostering an exceptional training environment for our junior medical workforce.
In this role, you will
- Support the Director to lead, develop and inspire a high-performing Medical Workforce & Education team.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and exceptional customer service.
- Partner with clinical and organisational stakeholders to streamline workforce processes and implement best-practice solutions.
- Lead strategic projects that strengthen medical workforce planning, governance and operational excellence.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality workforce services that support RMH's medical workforce and education priorities.
About you
Essential
- Demonstrated leadership experience within Medical Workforce or a comparable healthcare environment.
- Proven ability to lead service improvements and implement efficient, customer-focused workforce processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
Desirable
- Experience leading workforce transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of medical workforce governance, credentialing and education processes within a tertiary healthcare setting.
- A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
