Clinical Pharmacist - Grade 1 or 2

- We are a dynamic and supportive pharmacy team working together to deliver safe, high quality patient care and medicines management
- We enjoy a collaborative working environment and you will work as part of the clinical pharmacy team to contribute to high quality and innovative clinical pharmacy services and quality use of medicines

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to
- Deliver high quality patient care
- Support advances in clinical practice & patient care activities
- Work with your team to achieve patient focused KPIs
- Provide mentoring for pharmacists, technicians, interns and students
- Promote the quality use of medicines by contributing to quality and safety and research projects
- Collaborate with key staff members across the organisation
- Contribute to on call, after hours, public holiday and weekend services
Your Contribution
- Registered as a pharmacist with AHPRA
- Experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Proficient oral & written communication skills
- Relevant post graduate qualification is desirable
- Completed or working towards a residency program or can demonstrate competence in hospital pharmacy rotations.
- An enthusiasm to learn and further develop clinical pharmacy skills. Opportunities available to participate in residency program.
