Clinical Nurse Educator – Renal Services

- Opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Nursing Education Team as a Clinical Nurse Educator.
- Working across the Renal service including 6SW, 6W, Home Dialysis and John Perret.
- 12-month secondment .5 EFT Dec 2025 – Dec 2026.
About the role:
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated individual to join our Nursing Education team. As a part of the Renal Service CNE team, you will work together to provide clinically based education, supervision and support to learners and staff of all levels. This is a leadership position where you will work in collaboration with the clinical area management and multidisciplinary teams to deliver nursing education initiatives and support to ensure a high standard of safe, effective and timely person-centred care to our patients.

About you:
- Extensive nursing experience in specialty, or transferrable skills and a demonstrated ability to practice collaboratively
- Passionate, enthusiastic, willingness to embrace new ways of learning
- Ability to provide mentoring and leadership in the clinical area
- Experience providing staff, graduates and students with clinically-based supervision and training in accordance with RMH policy and procedures
- Experience in the delivery of Entry to Practice and Graduate Programs, as well as a willingness to support the development and implementation of RISE and Postgraduate programs to staff within the clinical areas
