Clinical Nurse Consultant – Dermatology

About the Role
This part-time role (0.2 EFT ongoing and 0.1 EFT fixed term for 2 years) provides expert nursing leadership and coordination for patients receiving biologic therapies and those living with porphyria. You will act as a central point of contact for patients and clinicians, supporting care across outpatient clinics, specialised treatments and multidisciplinary services.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate care for patients receiving biologic therapies and specialised dermatology treatments.
- Support patients with acute and chronic porphyria as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide expert patient education and clinical advice.
- Liaise with clinicians, community providers and patient support organisations to optimise care.
About You
- Significant clinical nursing experience, preferably in rare diseases, haematology, metabolic disorders or specialist outpatient services.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and patient education skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable
- Experience supporting patients receiving biologic therapies.
- Experience in infusion therapy, research or clinical data management.
