Cardiac Physiologist - Grade 1 (Fixed Term 0.5 EFT)

• Perform non-invasive diagnostic cardiac investigations such as ECGs, Holters, Exercise Stress Testing, Heart Bug and Tilt Table Tests
• Assist with administration tasks as required

The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) part of the Parkville Precinct and is one of Australia's leading public hospitals, providing a comprehensive range of specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services, as well as rehabilitation, aged care, specialist clinics and community programs. 

RMH Cardiology are seeking a Cardiac Physiologist to join the team. Based in the ECG area, the primary role involves performing non-invasive cardiac investigations on inpatients and outpatients.

About the role:

• This is an opportunity to further your knowledge in Cardiac Physiology in a supportive team environment
• Gain skills and experience in a busy public hospital including using the Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
• Assist with patient workflow, including admin tasks
• Regular education and continuing professional development opportunities

 About you

Qualifications 

• Bachelor of Science/Applied Science in a relevant field 

Essential

• Current registration with the Australian Council for Clinical Physiology (ACCP)

Desirable

• Previous experience in Cardiology
