Assistant Accountant
- Exciting opportunity to work within the Finance and Logistics portfolio of The Royal Melbourne Hospital.
- Hybrid work model
- Full Time – Ongoing position, 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO
- Salary - $73k
Your new role:
- Working collaboratively to assist in month end close process, balance sheet reconciliations, assisting in annual statutory reporting and other legislative compliance
- Helping identify and drive process improvements
- Liaising and building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance or a related discipline and aspiring to or working towards CPA or CA
- Highly driven, proactive and self-starter
- Ability to work to deadlines in a pressured environment, possess the ability to problem solve and have a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel
