About the role

Join North Western BreastScreen, part of The Royal Melbourne Hospital and BreastScreen Victoria, in a varied administrative role supporting a vital breast screening service. Based at the Royal Park Campus, you'll provide accurate data entry, administrative and reception support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the program.

 

Working in a collaborative team, you'll prepare clinic documentation, maintain records, support quality assurance activities, respond to enquiries, and coordinate general administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator to make a meaningful contribution to improving health outcomes for Victorian women.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Complete accurate and timely data entry while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Prepare clinic documents, reports and correspondence.
  • Provide friendly and professional reception and telephone support.
  • Manage general administration, including filing, mail, couriers and stock.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Support quality assurance activities and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  •  Professional presentation, strong work ethic and a commitment to quality service.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
