About the Role
As the SACS Administration Assistant you will work within an administration team, to provide professional caring, customer focussed administrative support for the clinical staff working within SACS.
Under the direction and leadership of the Practice Manager and SACS Manager, this role will work in collaboration with the team to develop processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy is
maintained.

Key Accountabilities
• Provide administrative support working within the Sub acute services
• Generate and input of data and reporting, telephone management, invoicing, reception and a broad range of administrative duties.
• Make significant contributions to the ongoing success of the SACS team.
• Develop processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy is maintained.
About You
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands and timelines
• Excellent PC, MS Office and database management skills
• Energetic administration skills including data entry, telephone management and attention to detail
