Administration Officer

About RMH & the team:
RMH Mental Health Services provides person-centred, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care for adults and older adults at risk of or experiencing serious mental illness. We lead statewide reform programs including the Victorian Collaborative Centre and Statewide Trauma Service, working with strong academic and community partners.
Key responsibilities
- Front-of-house: reception (phone, email, in-person)
- Coordinate and support MHT hearings and statutory documentation
- Data entry, reconciliation and integrity across systems including iPM, ECM, Epic, CMI
- Scan, sort and prepare medical record documentation
- Support patient movements (admissions/discharges/transfers)
- Coordinate translators, transport, supplies, couriers, room/file bookings
- Train and relieve admin team members when required

Essential

- Strong communication and customer service
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
Desirable
- Experience in similar role or hospital admin systems (iPM, Epic, ECM, CMI)
