About the Royal Melbourne Hospital
The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) part of the Parkville Precinct and is one of Australia's leading public hospitals, providing a comprehensive range of specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services, as well as rehabilitation, aged care, specialist clinics and community programs.
Royal Melbourne Hospital Mental Health Services provides person-centred, recovery-oriented care, treatment and support through our multi-disciplinary workforce of skilled and dynamic clinicians, and Lived and Living experience (LLE) consumer and carer experts. The Waratah Clinic in Moonee Ponds is the home of several community mental health teams which provide a range of supports within the clinic and through outreach.
Your new role:
- Provide excellent person-centred service at front of house and switchboard.
- Support clinical teams, management and executive with a range of administrative tasks.
- Support the services’ effective use of Digital Health systems, including but not limited to Epic EMR, iPM, CMI/ODS and local databases.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and development of staff.
- Support the implementation of digital health and activity-based funding systems.

- Proactive problem-solver with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communicator able to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Passion for contributing to high-quality mental health care.
