Administration Coordinator- Nursing Education
- Full-time, ongoing position, 80 hours per fortnight

About the Role
Join the Nursing Education team at RMH as an Administration Coordinator, providing high-level administrative support to the Director, Assistant Directors and broader Nursing Education team.
In this role, you will play an important part in coordinating education programs, supporting financial and administrative processes, managing systems and documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and service delivery. You will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of Nursing Education programs.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate the administration and delivery of key Nursing Education programs
- Work closely with the Director and broader team to maintain effective workflows, develop guidelines and manage program documentation
- Support the administration of learning management systems, digital platforms and technology initiatives
- Manage data, financial processes, room bookings and program enquiries
- Contribute to program planning, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide responsive and professional administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
About You
You are an organised and capable administrator who brings strong communication, digital and business administration skills, as well as:
Essential
- Demonstrated administration experience, with sound understanding of financial administration, data management and business processes.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including writing, editing and presentation.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Professionalism, accountability and initiative, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
Desirable
- Tertiary qualification in Health, Education, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Experience using learning management systems, databases or other digital platforms, particularly in healthcare.
- Previous administration experience in an education, healthcare or clinical setting.
- Understanding of the health sector and the systems and processes that support education and workforce development.
