Accounts Payable Officer

Full Time 12-month Fixed Term - Parental Leave coverage

City location close to public transport and cafes

Your new role:

• Process creditors' invoices accurately and promptly using Oracle Financials and Esker on Demand.

• Reconcile major supplier accounts, resolving outstanding items to ensure financial accuracy.

• Assist in documenting and archiving financial records, including data capture and scanning.

• Provide support and resolution for AP Assist help desk inquiries.

About you:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with prior experience using Oracle AP.

• Demonstrated experience in accounts payable within a large, high-volume organization.

• Strong team player with exceptional customer service skills.
