 Radiology Registrar – Continuing – Post RANZCR Phase 1

The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, sub-acute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community-based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world-renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.

Unit Description:

The RMH radiology department is a pre-eminent provider of quaternary level imaging services, and we are committed to the highest levels of clinical and academic excellence. 

About the role:

• Successful applicants will assist qualified Radiologists in the performance and reporting of a range of investigations at advanced registrar level, and to become progressively responsible for this themselves under qualified Radiologist supervision.
• Responsibilities will include primary reporting for a range of inpatient and outpatient services, performing procedures, and partaking in clinical meetings

A         About You:

• Current General Registration with The Medical Board of Australia AHPRA
• MBBS or equivalent tertiary qualifications
• Have commenced accredited radiology training, at least having completed RANZCR requirements for Phase 1
• Ability to work in a team
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
