Grade 4 Psychologist - Allied Health Interprofessional Workforce Educator

The Grade 4 Psychology Allied Health Interprofessional Workforce Educator plays a key role in the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of workforce education initiatives across Allied Health. Working in close partnership with the Allied Health Interprofessional Education Lead and broader Interprofessional Education team, this position contributes to building workforce capability through high-quality, evidence-informed education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the strategic direction of Allied Health education at RMH, driving high‑quality, interprofessional learning for staff 
  • Shape the future workforce through evidence‑based curriculum design, delivery and evaluation
  • Focus on innovative interprofessional education activities relevant to psychosocial workforce demands and capability building
  • Build strong partnerships with universities and sector stakeholders

About you:

  • You have large tertiary hospital experience, including in clinical education
  • You have a collaborative working style
  • You are looking to expand your interprofessional teaching skills
  • You have outstanding communication skills and a passion for clinical education
  • You are an AHPRA registered Psychologist keen to work within our supportive and dedicated interprofessional team.
