About the Role
As a Senior Business and Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our enterprise Payroll and HRIS platforms, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and associated systems. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand operational needs, translate them into functional requirements, and drive system improvements that support efficient, compliant, and user-friendly outcomes.

While your initial focus will be on the Payroll and HRIS environment within the PNW program, this role is designed to evolve. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a range of future initiatives across the broader enterprise systems landscape.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead business and functional analysis for Payroll and HRIS systems, including SAP ECC Payroll, SuccessFactors and integrated platforms.
•    Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and vendors to identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
•    Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
•    Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
•    Ensure alignment with compliance, audit, and operational standards.
•    Provide subject matter expertise in payroll operations, HRIS workflows, and system integration.
About You
You bring a strong background in payroll operations and HRIS systems, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You're analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and large-scale system environments is essential.
