About the role
The Royal Melbourne Hospital Emergency Department is expanding, creating opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our team in ongoing full-time or part-time positions.
Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you will provide high-quality emergency nursing care while contributing to a culture of clinical excellence, education and continuous improvement.

Your Team
The RMH Emergency Department is a busy and diverse clinical environment where nurses work alongside medical, allied health and support teams to deliver safe, timely, equitable and person-centred care.
You will be supported by an experienced team and have access to career development and clinical pathway opportunities. The RMH is also part of the Parkville Precinct, providing opportunities to connect and collaborate with leading clinicians, researchers and educators.
About You
You will bring:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Emergency Department nursing experience; postgraduate emergency nursing qualifications are highly regarded.
- Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- An interest in research, quality improvement and applying evidence to clinical practice.
- A commitment to collaborative practice, professional development and delivering person-centred car
