About the Role
Reporting to the Projects Director – Clinical Operations, this is a dynamic and influential role where you will lead key clinical projects aligned to RMH’s strategic priorities and Department of Health initiatives.
You will work across multidisciplinary teams to design, deliver, and evaluate projects that enhance patient flow, access, and overall care experience. From concept to implementation, you will play a critical role in shaping innovative solutions that make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of key clinical projects aligned with RMH and Department of Health priorities
- Identify and drive initiatives that improve the timeliness and quality of patient care
- Partner with a diverse range of stakeholders to support innovation and sustainable change
- Analyse and interpret data to track outcomes, measure success, and inform decision-making
- Ensure strong project governance, including risk management, reporting, and change strategies
About You
You are a proactive and solutions-focused project professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior operational or project role within a large health service
- Proven ability to lead and embed change in complex healthcare settings
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and engage a wide range of stakeholders
- A keen interest in digital transformation and innovation in healthcare
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results
- Experience in data analysis and measuring the impact of change initiatives
- Perioperative and/or surgical experience (desirable)
